Our cancellation policy is as follows

• If cancellations are done more than 5 days prior, a cancellation fee of ₹500 (per slot) is applicable. 

• If cancellations are done closer (<5 days) to the date, a cancellation fee of 50% is applicable.

• In case of a no-show, we retain the entire booking amount.

• If it is raining heavily at the farm during your visit such that being outdoors is not an option (prior to your arrival), the booking can be rescheduled to another date free of charge.

• In case of rescheduling of a booking, a rescheduling fee of ₹500 is applicable. Bookings can be rescheduled upto 24hrs prior to the slot time. All requests after this will be regarded as a no-show.
